Nurse. Operator. Founder. Mom. Over a decade at the bedside and in the boardroom, building from both places at once.
In healthcare, the plan usually exists. The referral gets made. The program gets launched. The technology gets purchased. What breaks is everything in between, the handoff, the follow-through, the space where nobody's name is on it. That's where I work.
Oncology care coordination, powered by AI. Built for community oncology practices where the gap between what was decided in the visit and what actually happens afterward costs everyone: the practice, the staff, and the patient. One recorded visit becomes a structured plan for the care team and a clear summary for the patient. Nothing gets lost. Built by a nurse and physician who watched it break, not technologists who heard about it.
onconexus.ai →A 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a community food forest in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Our founder Carol Manetta spent over 20 years developing the Trio model: water, food, and environment working together the way ecosystems actually do. We're proving it works locally first. The long-term vision is a training app that lets communities anywhere replicate the model.
reapgoodness.org →My consulting practice for healthcare organizations building programs that work in real life, not just on paper. Workflows, patient education, technology integration, care program design. I work with teams at the point where good clinical intentions meet the operational reality of getting something to actually run.

Care programs from concept to execution: SOPs, staff roles, patient education, and training materials built for how care actually moves, not how it looks on paper.
AI protocol design, EHR workflow builds, and clinical decision support tools developed with the frontline teams who will use them. I help organizations figure out where technology genuinely helps and where it creates more noise.
Evidence-based patient education and engagement strategy grounded in how patients actually receive information, not how systems prefer to deliver it.
Real outcomes from real programs.
A care management team increased patient engagement through redesigned outreach, connecting more patients to care they already needed.
Referral completion climbed after a workflow redesign: 30 more completed referrals out of every 100, care that would have fallen through.
Reduction in ER visits through better care coordination and proactive engagement built into the program's design from the start.
Cost savings initiative led alongside physicians and IT, as the only nurse at the table, grounding the work in what care teams could actually sustain.
I became a registered nurse in 2013. Before that, I was already inside healthcare systems, watching where they worked and where they didn't. The clinical experience I built over the years isn't background. It's the thing I bring into everything I do.
I co-founded OncoNexus because I watched what happens when the plan from a cancer visit doesn't survive contact with everything that comes after. The appointment ends. The coordination falls apart. Patients slip through gaps that nobody designed but everybody lives with.
I lead Reap Goodness because I believe what gets built in a community, a food forest, a place where neighbors show up and work together on something that will outlast them, is its own kind of foundation worth protecting.
I started KCS Advisory because I kept seeing the same breakdown: organizations with good intentions and technology that never got adopted because nobody bridged the distance between the decision and the team that had to run it.
