Oncology care coordination, powered by AI. Built for community oncology practices where the gap between what was decided in the visit and what actually happens afterward costs everyone: the practice, the staff, and the patient. One recorded visit becomes a structured plan for the care team and a clear summary for the patient. Nothing gets lost. Built by a nurse and physician who watched it break, not technologists who heard about it.

Reap Goodness

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a community food forest in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Our founder Carol Manetta spent over 20 years developing the Trio model: water, food, and environment working together the way ecosystems actually do. We're proving it works locally first. The long-term vision is a training app that lets communities anywhere replicate the model.

About Khatrina

The work is personal. It always has been.

I became a registered nurse in 2013. Before that, I was already inside healthcare systems, watching where they worked and where they didn't. The clinical experience I built over the years isn't background. It's the thing I bring into everything I do.

I co-founded OncoNexus because I watched what happens when the plan from a cancer visit doesn't survive contact with everything that comes after. The appointment ends. The coordination falls apart. Patients slip through gaps that nobody designed but everybody lives with.

I lead Reap Goodness because I believe what gets built in a community, a food forest, a place where neighbors show up and work together on something that will outlast them, is its own kind of foundation worth protecting.

I started KCS Advisory because I kept seeing the same breakdown: organizations with good intentions and technology that never got adopted because nobody bridged the distance between the decision and the team that had to run it.
